Sometimes, jealousy stems from the fact that your partner doesn’t feel jealous at all.

I get jealous so easily. I am trying to control it because I am in a relationship right now. If not, I will get heart broken again.

A person can be suffer from jealousy/insecurity for many reasons.

Many times ones childhood has suffered traumas which has severely destroyed their self-love and self-esteem. With those destroyed one cannot be confident nor can they love themselves. Hence creating jealous and insecure emotions. This will affect a relationship of any type. If one cannot love themselves they will never find trust or love in another.

You're right… jealousy sucks! It feels awful and ends up ruining everything. But it's something that takes a lot of work to get past/control and I sometimes wonder how one can beat it! Then again, there's the whole scenario of when your significant other never gets jealous and you wonder if they even care!
