They had these performers from Cebu and among the participants, the “Goldies and Goodies” among their late 40s to their 60s danced to the tune of “Single Ladies”. They were cute! And they danced gracefully. The audience as well as the judges gave them a standing ovation for a job well done. They were an inspiration to all of us, hoping that when we reached their age, we could still dance like they could. In fairness to them, I don’t think they would need whatever best weight loss supplement in the market to be physically fit. Because they already are.
