Aside from engagement rings and wedding rings, there’s also a couple rings or “partner rings“. This signifies that you are both committed to your relationship and this is usually given before thinking of getting engaged. I never had one with my previous relationship nor with my present relationship. Though it’s not harmful to have one. But I think it’s better to receive an engagement ring than the former. Nevertheless, what matters is most is you and your partner treasures your relationship.
Sunken Cemetery

The Sunken Cemetery
Locals said the real sunken cemetery was destroyed by a calamity and so they made a replica of it. Going to the said cemetery, we had to ride a boat. There wasn’t much on it, just the beautiful beach with it’s crystal waters and mountains surrounding it. Viewing the old Mt. Volcan and Mt. Hibok Hibok on the other side was magnificent! What made our experience at sunken cemetery fun was the pictorials! Our guide was the photographer and he choreographed all our photo takings. The outcome was excellent! If you wanted to see the real sunken cemetery, you have to go diving underneath.

Personal Loans
I consider it as an achievement having been a regular staff at work. After a year of hard work, I finally made it. Now, I can receive more benefits than being a reliever or a even contractual. But the downside is, there’s a lot of salary deductions. I was thinking of applying for personal loans at work but thought that if I do, there will be an increase of deductions again. Better if I’ll just save than apply for a loan, right?

Job Hunting
Even though I am currently working in a local hospital, I still search for a job abroad. Of course there’s a huge difference in terms of salary and compensation here and abroad. That’s the reason why you can’t blame other nurses to seek greener pastures. You can’t support your family with your salary here. You’ll live in debts. So while waiting for my turn to come, I seek jobs abroad through Quality Assurance Director Jobs online.

Beadaholique
There was a time that it crossed my mind to learn how to make accessories made of beads. That was the time that beading was popular. But there were already a lot of people into it. And I thought if I start doing that hobby and sell my finished my products, I’ll find it hard to sell it since there were already a lot of sellers. One thing I wanted to do at that time was to buy nice looking unique beads where you can’t find any in the malls nearby. And I only saw it at beadaholique.com bead.

Sto. Niño Cold Spring

Sto. Niño Cold Spring
Our first stop during our Camiguin Trip was at Sto. Niño Cold Spring. The resort was developed into a pool with it’s water flowing. Outside the resort you can see stores for “pasalubong” and mini restaurants. We had our lunch there so we took an order from one of the stores and while waiting for our food to be served, we took a dip in their cold spring. Indeed it was cold and surprisingly very relaxing especially coming from a tiring trip. I had goosebumps in it. I even saw small fishes underneath. The entrance fee was P20 per head while the cottage was P50. The food was okay and it’s not that expensive there.

Missing Adult Diapers
One instance, the ward on duty nurse called up our station asking whether there was an adult diapers left from the patient who had her operation a day before. And since there was no endorsement made by the previous shifts about it, and had to look for it in the PACU to no avail. I told the nurse there wasn’t none left. However, I wasn’t convinced with and thought that maybe it was placed inside our stockroom together with our adult diapers, and there it was. I informed the ward nurse that the diapers’ were already found and to have retrieved in our station.

Groceries
Normally, every other week after work, I do some grocery shopping since my work is near a mall. I usually buy my wheat bread and juice there and I hate it when I have to fall in line waiting for my turn in the cashier. Especially if I only have these few goods to buy. Good thing is that, the grocery has an upgraded Retail System which makes the work faster and efficient. I and even though I’m waiting from a long line, the wait wouldn’t took me an hour to have my turn.

Christmas Wish List
Few days to go, it’s Christmas once again. How time flies so past, huh. It feels like we just celebrated Christmas last year. As expected there would be lots of parties to attend to. In our deprartment only, we were already starting to plan for our upcoming Christmas party. And this time we would be having a United Nations as our motif. We will be using costumes to represent the country we have chosen.
Apart from that, there would be of course gift giving. This is a crucial time for me since I’m having a hard time to think about what gift to give. Lol. Anyways, I listed some things as my christmas must haves for the holidays. These are:
- Digital Camera – I just broke my old one. I so wanted a Panasonic Lumix L5 or an underwater cam like Olympus.
- Urban Decay’s Naked Palette – I so crave for this palette. Been watching make up videos on youtube and they rave about this. Thinks I need to have one too.

A Relaxing Weekend Getaway
Camiguin – our weekend getaway destination! This small island in the Visayas Region, a volcanic origin, has captured my love for nature. It’s gifted with many wonders of Mother Earth like the cold and hot springs, waterfalls and beautiful beaches. I can’t help but felt relaxed touring around the island during our first day. Normally, I get headaches on day tours but with this trip, it was just so relaxing viewing it’s beautiful beaches with crystal waters along the way and magnificent mountains on the other side. It was a typical province were everything’s so laid back. I just adore the place a lot and got to enjoy the heat of the sun without burning my skin.
Jumped off from Davao to Cagayan de Oro via plane. Stayed at Cagayan for the night at Grand City Hotel and walked along the streets of the city where night markets were located.
Morning came and we then headed to Balingoan Pier and took the fast craft, Paras Sea Cat, going to Camiguin. It’a two hour trip from Balingoan Pier (Cagayan) to Benoni Pier in Camiguin. From Benoni, we were met by our tour guide Teddy and Roland. We availed of their package which includes our accommodation and day tour. We had a good experience with their service too. So if you are going to Camiguin with a tight budget like us, we highly recommend Teddy’s service.
A one and a half day was spent in the island. Heading home we took the longer trip since the fast craft only have twice a day schedule from Camiguin. We can’t reach our flight back home if we’ll wait for it. And so we headed to Benoni Pier and took a regular ferry which took us a 1 hour trip going to Balingoan Terminal in Misamis Oriental. From there we took a bus going to Cagayan which lasted for 2 hours. It was a tiring trip. We had our late lunch at Limketkai mall then off we went to the airport for our flight back to Davao.
