I’m in dire need of some product to help me slim down. And for the first time, I bought a slimming milk shake in hope that I would get a favorable result. It should be taken for 15 days, 30 minutes before breakfast. But days before the 15th day, I stopped using it. I see no result but rather I was craving a lot. Visiting An Onco Patient
Yesterday, I accompanied my friend in visiting her cancer patient friend who was her buddy during the photography workshop. I helped her made a scrapbook of the pictures of that patient and his takes. It was surprising to be in that hospital again, witnessing how it’s new ward has been nicely renovated. It was pleasing to the eyes now. We were in the general ward were the oncology patients were admitted. My friend’s friend has osteosarcoma, I was wondering if there patients with Mesothelioma as this as I know of, is a very rare disease. But none of them has it. It was a relief!

Chit Chatting Time
At last, after yesterday’s very toxic shift, this shift has come to a relaxing mode. I had time to chit chat with my colleagues. Our conversation topics were interesting. One topic we had was about this child 9-year old child who looks and acts like a 5 year old kid due to some deficiencies. I was thinking about hgh deficiencies but it was far worst than it. The Desperate Move

Deadlifts

Among the programs of my workout, the worst I encounter so far is the deadlift. Yeah, it’s a good exercise for strengthening your back, calves and hamstrings.
