The Stubborn Side of My Dad
My father has been diagnosed with Myocardial Infarction years ago. He has been on a strict diet and on medical regimen. He has to cut off his vices such as drinking and smoking as these can be really bad for his health. But years after, as soon as he realized he can climbed up a stairs without panting and chest pain and can go walk an extra kilometer, he slowly strated to go back to his vices. Reminding him of the impliaitons of this vices won’t stop him. He knows the risk and the effects of it. He even experiences chest pain every now and then, but can be relieve by medication. He just can’t get rid of the tatse of his favorite cigar, Dutch Master. His meal won’t be complete with a single puff of this cigar.

Preventing Hair Loss
Elders said that regular shampooing of the hair is one factor that can lead to hair loss. Is it a fact or fallacy?
Many people are now suffering from hair loss. Even I is worried about it. I don’t want to grow bald! And as much as possible I brushed my hair gently. Still, I can see some hair loss in my hair brush. Now, how to prevent hair loss?
There are certain products nowadays that help prevents hair loss. Also it is a wise idea to visit your dermatologist for some consultation. Others also recommend putting aloe vera on your hair scalp for a certain minute then rinse it off. And since there are a number of aloe vera plants in our backyard, I think I’ll have to try that first.

My Brother’s Dilemma
At the age of early 20′s. my brother is envying other men who have thick hair. I don’t know what’s his fuss about it but he just wanted to have a thick hair. Though he’s not on his way to baldness though but because of that wantedness, he bought a hair shampoo for the horse. It was said to help make hair grows thicker and shinier just like other hair loss products for men. It’s nice scented too and from time to time I also use it. Shhh…

Loving The Beach
The experience last Sunday was so much fun that I still have a hang over from that event. Although we were a big group but I guess most of us did enjoyed and got to bond with one another. A group went addicted to playing poker inside our boat with their ala partagas cigarettes , the others were busy capturing photos, some were having their drinking spree while most of us were out playing in the water under the scorching heat of the sun. Nevertheless, it was all fun!

To Greet or Not To Greet…
After breaking up, is it considered ethical to greet your ex on his/her birthday? Even if you still have grudges in him/her?
You might think that with greeting your ex, you are giving him an impression that you still like him/her and wants him/her back. With that in mind, you want to avoid that connotion thus thinking that it’s better not to greet. But will your ex think that it seemed you don’t care at all? Thinking that it seemed like you two didn’t have any history at all?
